BLOOM CREATIVE ACADEMY — OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE & REFUND TERMS

1.     Administrative Cancellation Fee: All eligible refunds, event transfers, or voluntary cancellations are subject to a flat $25.00 Administration Fee.

2.     Term Class Enrolments & Cancellations:

○ Notice 14+ days prior to Term start: Full refund less $25 admin fee.

○ Notice under 14 days or post-commencement: No refunds issued (venue allocations and kits are fully committed).

3.     Student Absence & Medical Certificates:

○ Sickness Exception: If a student misses a session due to illness and provides a valid Medical Certificate within 7 days, a credit voucher ($29.50 value) is issued, redeemable towards upcoming Holiday Camps or weekend sessions.

4.     Sibling Discounts (Multi-Week Term Enrolments Only):

○ 1st Enrolled Child: Full Tuition

○ 2nd Sibling: 10% Tuition Discount

○ 3rd Sibling: 15% Tuition Discount

5.     Private Parties & Celebrations (Birthdays / Hens):

○ Capacity Cap: Strictly capped at a maximum of 12 guests.

○ Booking Deposit: A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit secures the date.

○ Final Balance: Due strictly 10 days prior to the event date. Cancellations under 10 days forfeit all monies paid due to custom pre-purchased materials.
