Breathe & Bloom Design
Kiko 'Hope' Artisan Earrings – Midnight Noir Statement
The Kiko 'Hope' collection is a celebration of strength and resilience. These striking midnight black pieces are inspired by the beauty found in the shadows and the light that eventually follows. The intricate, hand-pressed textures provide a sophisticated depth that makes these more than just black earrings—they are a bold statement of quiet confidence.
Designed for the modern minimalist with an artisan heart, the Kiko collection pairs perfectly with any aesthetic, offering a timeless elegance that anchors your look with meaning.
The Artisan Story: Beyond the Colour
Hand-Sculpted in Tasmania
Each pair from this collection begins as a custom-blended batch of premium polymer clay. Unlike mass-produced jewellery, our pieces are hand-pressed into signature botanical and organic shapes, ensuring that no two pairs are ever identical. The "perfectly imperfect" textures—from the deep Organic Wave to the intricate Mandala Disk—are designed to catch the light and provide a tactile, luxe experience.
Feather-Light Comfort
One of the most remarkable qualities of polymer clay is its weightlessness. Even our largest statement shapes are designed for all-day wear, allowing you to make a bold impact without the traditional weight of large earrings.
Care Instructions: Preserving Your Wearable Art
Polymer clay is a durable and slightly flexible material, but to keep your Breathe & Bloom pieces looking pristine, we recommend the following care:
- Handle with Grace: While polymer clay has a slight bend, please avoid intentionally flexing or dropping your earrings, as this can weaken the bond with the jewellery fittings.
- Keep them Dry: To protect the integrity of the clay and the brilliance of your metal fittings (especially plated options), remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Avoid Chemicals: Apply perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions before putting on your earrings. Chemicals in these products can dull the finish of the clay and cause metals to tarnish.
- Cleaning: If your earrings get a mark on them, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn makeup marks on matte clay, a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton bud can be used (avoid this on any gold-leaf or painted details).
- Safe Storage: When not in use, store your pieces in a cool, dry place—ideally in a jewelry box or on a dedicated stand—to prevent scratches from other metal items.
